Mastrak Sdn Bhd had completed and passed the re-certification and upgrade audit for ISO 9001:2015
Representatives of VAE Voestalpine GmbH (Austria) and Sumitomo Corporation (Japan) visited the manufacturing plant. Inspection on production and QC was found to be satisfactory by the Client. Discussions were also held on current and future potential projects as part of Mastrak’s regional expansion.

Visit by Mr Heimo Schmutz (Proj Mgr, Voestalpine VAE GmbH), and Mr Dean Whitmore (Market Mgr, Pandrol UK Ltd), along with their teams. Discussed the current manufacturing of products and possible future improvements.
A site visit inspection and meeting was held between Mastrak and the consultant for KV MRT project. Products were then approved for delivery to site.

Mastrak’s participation and role played had successful modification of Pandrol Fastclip FC sleeper moulds to fit Pandrol Fastclip FE fasteners were recorded in the following publications: “Pandrol Fastclip FE Installation, Malaysia”, and “Pandrol Track Report 2014”, both are available online.
